Notes
Page references are to Gramelsberger’s book, if not stated otherwise.
At least part of the interviews have been published elsewhere, and unfortunately, in this book, it is not explained how the interviews were conducted.
Other terms that Gramelsberger choses are either not well explained—for instance, I fail to understand what she means by a manifold (254–255)—or unduly dramatic. For instance, she calls highly idealized models “extreme worlds” (248).
