Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel thematisiert die Theorie des analytischen Feldes im Gefolge von Bion, insbesondere das Konzept der »Transformation« als »at-one-ment« und Wahrheit als Nahrung des Geistes. Durch einige kurze klinische Vignetten lässt der Autor die theoretischen und technischen Instrumente Revue passieren, die sich auf das Hier und Jetzt der analytischen Begegnung konzentrieren. Nach Bions Auffassung kommt es darauf an, das unbewusste proto-emotionale Erleben intuitiv zu erfassen, das in einem gegebenen Augenblick der Beziehung von Analytiker und Analysand besondere Tönung verleiht. Zu den vorgestellten Instrumenten zählen die Rêverie, die narrativen Transformationen in der Halluzinose und im Traum, die körperliche Rêverie und die Flashes im Traum.
Abstract
Hallucinosis, dreaming and play: The analytic field and its transformations.
The article illustrates the post-bionian theory of the analytical field, in particular the concept of »transformation,« at-one-ment and truth as food for the mind. Through some short clinical vignettes the author reviews some of the theoretical and technical instruments that found a clinic focused on the here and now of the analytical encounter. As Bion suggests, what matters is to intuit what is the unconscious proto-emotional experience that colors the relationship at a given moment. The instruments examined include rêverie; narrative transformations; transformations in hallucinosis and in dream; corporeal rêverie and oneiric flashes.

S’inspirant de Bion, l’auteur thématise la théorie du champ analytique, en particulier le concept de « transformation » comme « at-one-ment » et la vérité comme nourriture de l’esprit. Quelques brèves présentations de cas cliniques sont pour l’auteur l’occasion de passer en revue les instruments théoriques et cliniques qui se concentrent sur l’ici et maintenant de la rencontre analytique. Selon Bion, il s’agit de saisir intuitivement l’expérience vécue inconsciente protoémotionnelle qui confère à un moment donné une tonalité particulière à la relation entre analyste et analysant. Les instruments présentés sont la rêverie, les transformations narratives dans l’hallucinose et dans le rêve, la rêverie corporelle et les flashs dans le rêve.
