Marilyn Holly is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Florida. In addition to her philosophical training she has done postdoctoral work at the Carl Jung Institute in Zurich, and is interested in environmental ethics and American Indian thought. She is currently preparing a monograph for publication on Native American Thought.
Roger Paden is an assistant professor of philosophy at George Mason University and a contributing editor forAgriculture and Human Values. He is author of more than thirty articles on ethics and political philosophy and is currently working on a book on Ethical Traditions.
Jerry A. Moles is co-director of the NeoSynthesis Research Centre in Berkeley, California U.S.A. and Mirahawatte, Sri Lanka. The center is involved in research on indigenous systems of resource management and the sustainability of food production. Dr. Moles serves as a consultant with governments and non-government organizations and is associated with the Program in Human Biology at Stanford University and the Conservation and Resources Program at Berkeley campus at the University of California.
Mark B. Lapping is Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Planning Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J.
Suzanna Smith is Assistant Professor, Human Development, Department of Home Economics, University of Florida. She is presently conducting research on gender and farming in Florida, and has previously carried out research and educational programs on women and agriculture in Burkina Faso and Cameroon.
Conner Bailey is Associate Professor of Rural Sociology at Auburn University. His field experience includes five years work in rural Malay communities.
