Zusammenfassung

Wenn Unsicherheit hinsichtlich der möglichen Folgen einer Handlung besteht und Folgen, die in irgendeiner Weise als negativ beurteilt werden können, möglich sind, spricht man von einem (Handlungs-)Risiko. Risiken stellen uns vor ethische Probleme der angemessenen Urteilsbildung. Nach plausiblen ethischen Anforderungen an die Urteilsbildung müssen wir auf der Basis der empirischen Evidenz, die uns zugänglich ist, bestmöglich urteilen.
