Zusammenfassung

Fragen zum guten Leben spielen sowohl in der Individualethik als auch in der Politischen Philosophie eine wichtige Rolle. Für die Technikethik sind sie bisher kaum fruchtbar gemacht worden. Bevor die Relevanz der Thematik beleuchtet werden kann, muss jedoch geklärt werden, was mit der Rede von einem ›guten Leben‹ gemeint sein soll und welche allgemeinen Ansätze zur Bestimmung eines guten Lebens gegenwärtig diskutiert werden (vgl. Bradley 2015; Fletcher 2016). Bei der Differenzierung der Ansätze dominiert die Gliederung in hedonistische, wunschtheoretische und objektivistische Positionen (vgl. Parfit 1984, 493–502).
