Abstract

It is a great honour for me to contribute to this Festschrift for Professor Carl Baudenbacher. Professor Baudenbacher has served the EEA Agreement and the parties to it for a long time—both in his role as judge and President of the EFTA Court, and also as an outspoken, forthright, creative ambassador of the Court and its case-law.

Former President of the EFTA Surveillance Authority.
