이 글에서는 첫째, 현대 민주주의적 장치의 하나로 들뢰즈, 가타리의 미시정치가 그들의 사상의 변화 과정에서 등장하는 배경을 제시하면서, 어떻게 미시정치가 화용론의 맥락과 연결되는지를 살펴 본다. 둘째, 이 글은 들뢰즈, 가타리의 현대 언어학, 기호학 비판을 통하여 새로운 화용론의 필요성을 제시한다. 이를 위해 새로운 화용론의 첫번째 단계를 ‘분열분석적 화용론’으로 명명하는데, 그 이유는 정신분석학에 기초한 현대 기호학, 언어학을 비판하기 위함이다. 셋째, 이 글은 들뢰즈, 가타리의 ‘분열분석적 화용론’에 ‘표현’과 ‘내용’의 장치를 추가하여 두번째 단계인 ‘표현적 화용론’의 가능성을 타진한다. 이를 통해 이들의 화용론이 갖는 힘과 권력관계, 언어의 유물론적 측면 등을 살핀다. 마지막으로, 이들의 두 단계의 화용론을 미시정치와 연결시키면서, 미시정치의 윤리학적 측면을 발굴하여, 미시정치가 단순히 정치적인 측면보다는 소수자, 약자에 대한 윤리학적 함축을 지니고 있음을 밝힌다.

This essay, first of all, inquiries how Deleuze and Guattari's micropolitics as democratic apparatus of contemporary appears in the process of change, and how micropolitics is connected to the context of pragmatics. Secondly, this essay suggests a necessity of a new pragmatics through the critic of linguistics and semiotics in Deleuze and Guattari. In order to account for it, the first stage of the new pragmatics is called ‘schizoanalytical pragmatics’, it is for this reason that it criticizes the contemporary semiotics, linguistics based on the psychoanalysis. Thirdly, this essay seeks after a possibility of an expressional pragmatics as the second stage, adding the apparatus of expression and content to it. For this, it inquires the force, power-relation, the materialistic aspects of language in their pragmatics. Consequently, it connects the two stage of pragmatics into the micropolitics, and turns up the ethical aspect of micropolitics. And it clears that micropolitics has the ethical implication about the minority, the weak rather than the simply the aspects of the of politics.
