Abstract

The present work is centered in the understanding of the conversation like typically human phenomenon and explores the possibility to claim its heuristic paper in the investigation processes in human sciences. The day-to-day of its use has made of the conversation an instrument, a mean, forgetting that, in itself, is the life of the language and this in turn, is the genuinely human being. The structure of the text will have two sections: in the first one an analysis of the conversation is made, highlighting its most important elements; subsequently, we think about the possibility to consider it in itself a source of information and it will be tried to present some code forms supported in the grounded theory.El presente trabajo se centra en la comprensión de la conversación como fenómeno típicamente humano y explora la posibilidad de reivindicar su papel heurístico en los procesos de investigación en ciencias humanas. La cotidianidad de su uso ha hecho de la conversación un instrumento, un medio, olvidando que ella, en sí misma, es la vivencia del lenguaje y esta, a su vez, es lo auténticamente humano. La estructura del texto tendrá dos secciones: en la primera se hace un análisis de la conversación, destacando de ella sus más importantes elementos; en la segunda, se plantea la posibilidad de considerarla en sí misma una fuente de información y se intentará presentar algunas formas de codificación apoyados en la teoría fundamentada
