Abstract

This paper explores the relations between anthropology and history as disciplines since their consolidation as sciences, reviewing some important moments in this relation with the purpose of show the important changes that have taken place in their development, both in the definition of each one, and in their relation with the object of study, wich in this moment state an approach between both disciplines, or a terrible difficulty in the consolidation of the boundaries between them.
