Abstract

This chapter presents the structure of the entire book Consciousness Studies in Sciences and Humanities: Eastern and Western Perspectives as formal correlative to an implied model of consciousness that accommodates the research conducted in sciences and humanities, in East and West. It offers comprehensive summaries of the individual essays and their reciprocal thematic relatedness, and hints at a new model of knowledge production following reflections of philosopher of science Karen Barad.
