Globalization and Postmodern to the instability of the political regime

Abstract

Globalization in modern socio-cultural conditions directly connected with the process of postmodernism. This process affects policy. The role of the postmodern discuss scientists around the world, in particular the XVIII Congress of the International political science Association. Our and foreign scientists are actively exploring the globalization and postmodernism. However, scientific works studying the interaction of these phenomena and their impact on the stability-instability of society are under-represented. We compare the impact of these phenomena on the condition of the stability of society in different political regimes. Activity is creative in terms of postmodernism. Subjects are looking for the best ways of development. This is the undoubted merits of postmodernism. It should be noted that the influence of postmodern society and the political regime is ambiguous. In democratic regimes in the post-modernism is particularly evident at the local level. In these modes, developed civil society. This allows you to significantly improve the quality of life, unconventional approach to solving urgent problems. The influence of postmodernism in the context of the transition regime has its peculiarities. The political elite in the transition of political regimes formed under the influence of post-modernism and globalization. Postmodernism promotes the assimilation of consumer values in these policy regimes. Lack of control over the elite from society breeds corruption. Corruption is an obstacle to effective reform. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the new state on its territory have felt the influence of corruption. This process takes place against the background of global trends that are associated with the rapid spread of information. The consciousness of individuals is fragmented in the postmodern. Defragmentation of consciousness is possible in the conditions of modern social networks. It generates instability of society. It can mobilize around some of the events, feelings. Youth, intelligentsia, representatives of the businesses most affected by post-modernism. The emotional component of consciousness is actively used by modern politicians to mobilize the social groups to struggle for political power. The influence of postmodern activ ely implemented in the mass consciousness of the people of the East. In thesecountries postmodernism acute competition with traditions. Representatives of traditionalism and postmodernism in politics give rise to acute conflicts in the society. Conflict contributes to the increase of instability. We offer specific measures for stabilization of the society in the context of global trends, the manifestations of postmodernism. For successful implementation of reforms necessary to implement the ideas that unite people. With this purpose it is necessary to use social networks. However, the ideas that have no material basis are not effective.
