«Hybrid war» as a scientific construct: problems search terminological and conceptual nature

Abstract

The analysis features forms and methods of modern military-political conflicts «hybrid type» and their impact on life safety of civilians. Systematized the main specific features of the military and political conflicts. We study the probability of escalation in modern globalization.
