Philosophical and educational approaches to formation of expert competence in the personality of higher education how to sales ratio «personality-information-knowledge»

Abstract

Current approaches to the development of the relationship between «identity-information» in the global information space cognitive system deployed in information of professional competence within higher education. This includes the latest developments of social and philosophical approaches in the context of «human technology, higher education, professional competence». Last unfolds as a system called «relations between phenomena of modern society - a society of new knowledge, global information, new methods, technologies, particularly in the field of general knowledge and personal involvement in the design of modern information culture». Here is a difficult tension between personal mastery opportunities in the system and information processing cognitive nature and requirements of the rapidly changing social transformation in education system. It is necessary to develop projective ways of raising the quality of professional competence on the basis of modern information and learning situations. Current requirements for entry of a young person in modern social labor market cause vision newest value in the «identityinformation». This requires, in turn, the need to appeal to the global general philosophical as well as general approaches to new information culture. First of all, it concerns the methodological principles of perception and information processing cognitive character of the individual. The novelty of the application, in our opinion, is the systematic process of social and psychological problems that are crucial in the field of higher education as a creator of professional competence of the individual. It’s very important place to the principle of simplification, consolidation of information from its fundamentalization. The latter, in turn, is based on searching generalizing universal reason being in general: the Cosmos, Nature, Society, the World of Man. Disclosure of bases at personal perception is in higher education, which forms the information knowledge potential professional competence. In our view, the deployment of social and philosophical methods of simplification, consolidation of information cognitive nature enables rapid design oriented personal potential in the world of progressive media.
