European Common Security and Defense Policy-An Analysis under the Framework of Institutionalization of Security Cooperation

After the Cold War, the European Union began to common security and defense cooperation will put on the agenda. As the EU's Common Foreign and Security institutional framework of the specific mechanisms and phase independent part of the EU common security and defense policy of achieving peace and stability in Europe, a prerequisite. As the EU's common security and defense is still in the process of exploration and development, between different schools of thought on the perception and interpretation are still controversial and there are large differences.
