Hablar de ética hoy en día implica, no sólo referirse a las características de la conducta del serhumano, sino que también a las del entorno económico. En algunas situaciones empresariales se puede apreciar el intercambio de valores y de desarrollo integral entre el individuo, la sociedad yla organización. De esta manera, el capitalismo permite que las necesidades de los individuos se satisfagangracias a la búsqueda por liderar los mercados nacionales e internacionales, y que el valor compartido tomegran importancia para el progreso social y económico de la sociedad. Este artículo describe las relacionesentre cada uno de los entes mencionados y la trascendencia que tienen actualmente.. In this way, capitalism allowsindividuals needs are met by searching for leading national and international markets, and the shared valuetake great importance to the social and economic progress of society.
