Abstract

With the same certainty that one has that in some moment we must die, Nietzsche discovered something that became the principle and motto of his philosophy: life is tempting of its own. With this conviction in his heart and mind, Nietszche began a philosophy of health. Its reason of existence was to discover what is dangerous, corrosive and poisoning about life in German culture in the middle XIX century, in order to open way to a higher concept of culture. To achieve this, Nietzsche should not only face an entire culture and a way of being, but to him self, to everything that made him worthy son of his time. This way, all of his efforts went towards conquering by him self his time, to be honored and simple again, as much in thought as in life, or what is the same, untimely.
