Abstract

Relations between humans are fertile, turn into, allow for flexibility in individual building but also constitute collectively. One of the current challenges is to recognize that the fragile relationship between humans, are produced merely in bureaucratic way, like small time spaces hardened by formality. We experience every day such relations, but we have a need to create new living spaces beyond the formalities and engender the multiplicity of aspects involved in the meetings. In this context we intend, from a theoretical study, reflect on one of the cores that permeates education in the current context, otherness. We aim to think otherness front contemporary contexts as a way to ascend to a humanizing education, able to visualize a human being plural and singular at the same time. We aspire to discuss the areas of learning, taking for granted the respect and collaboration. We concluded that education is a source of constant challenges, however, we reflect just a little about the key players in this process: the human beings. It is necessary to extend the openings to think the recognition of diversity and develop respect for otherness.
