Abstract

Marcus Lutter is one of the most renowned legal scholars in Germany and has significantly influenced commercial law over the past few decades, particularly the law of limited liability companies and the law of stock corporations. Issued in honor of his 80th birthday, this collected volume presents the 65 most important essays by Marcus Lutter on matters of company law. It particularly addresses the bodies and members of the bodies of a company, the affiliated group, capital protection, transformation law and financial accounting, as well as the principle national and international issues concerning business and company law and legal policy.
