Abstract

By the eighth century B.C., Chinese slave society had begun to exhibit changes. The economy of every area gradually began to flourish. After the mid-Spring and Autumn period, iron production tools began to appear, and planting methods were improved, thus increasing the agricultural productive forces. On the foundation of progress in agricultural production, industry and commerce developed.
