The Ethics of Mark's Gospel--in the Middle of Time

Abstract

"This work is a study in New Testament ethics, an attempt to understand the ethical teachings of the Gospel of Mark, and particularly of Mark 10, in the context of the narrative of that Gospel. Mark is being examined because of its fundamental importance as a New Testament text and because its ethical import has been neglected, especially the complexity and problematics which it introduces into ethical reflection."--
