Abstract

Article lies in the trunk for the domestic line of thought assert that the science of science - looking at all aspects of life science, but from a specific point of view, which is the exact area of knowledge, with the aim of enhancing the effectiveness of science policy through a rigorous basis for the decision of those or other «committees on science» is in principle unable to replace the philosophy of science, conceptualizing, what are the requests of human life as such is responsible science.
