Abstract

At present, no organization does not develop without the continuous improvement of various aspects of its activity: the provision of new services or products, the use of innovative technologies and modern methods of organization and personnel management. Innovations - it is a necessary element of development: without them it is impossible to remain libraries socially relevant organizations, to provide competitive services, to strengthen its position in the marketplace. This article deals with the classification analysis of library innovations, types and their characteristic properties.
