Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of some works of Platon, Aristotle, F. Bасon, G. Hegel positive achievements of history of philosophy in the sphere of research of influence of internal social and economic processes on formation of threats of security of society and the state are considered. In particular, the thesis is formulated that in borders of classical philosophy the problem of security was considered first of all in a context of a problem of ensuring stability of a political system. Security of the state was considered as a key condition of security of society and citizens. It is shown that at different stages of historical development of philosophy considerable part of efforts of philosophers was directed on clarification of ways and scales of influence of such social phenomena as poverty, inequality, injustice on stability of a political system. In borders of a classical philosophical discourse the key role of the negative social phenomena in processes of destabilization of the political and social order was realized adequately. The conflict – «external war» or «internal war» – was recognized as a greatest threat to security of society and state. The special attention was paid to studying of mechanisms of emergence of «internal wars» – dissension. The conclusion that an important role in emergence of dissension is played by social factors, such as poverty and an inequality was drawn. Producing public seditions and troubles, creating the internal conflict, the negative social phenomena become key factors of destruction of a social and political system. It is shown that the classical philosophy realized an important role of elite in providing and, respectively, destruction of the public consent and stability of a political system. The unity of elite is a key condition of public and state security. Fight in elite conducts society and the state to accident. On the basis of the historico-philosophical analysis the key role of elite in emergence of the internal conflict as most serious threat of security of society and state is defined. It is shown that the conflict of elite considerably strengthens the potential of threats which is comprised by poverty and an inequality. The conclusion that some achievements of classical philosophy in the sphere of research of public mechanisms of social determination of processes, which are factors of destabilization of a social and political system, can be successful used as methodological reference points in modern scientific researches of problems of public and state security is drawn.
