Abstract

Business culture diagnostics has an important practical meaning that makes theoretical research in this area a topical issue for corporate social engineering. Several researchers (E. Shayne, T. Solomanidina, A. Prigozhin et al) expressed an idea that reflection of business goals and personnel values is a foundation tool for business culture formation. Reflection elapses as a continuous self knowledge process, it is a way to implement and correct linkage between social, group or personal. It is a basis for developing unified ideas on senses and ways of cooperative activities, a core of corporate culture.
