Personalism and topical issues of contemporary bioethics

Abstract

The personalist approach is an important contribution to the resolution of the re_levant problems of contemporary bioethics. After the period of universally expanded principalism, which was followed by its many-sided criticism, the bioethics finds itself unable to act effectively . In this situation personalism comes up with new insights, which make finding acceptable resolutions of moral dilemmas of contemporary biomedicine, as well as other natural sciences possible
