Abstract

This article presents the experimentation of a device for trainees focusing on strengths, in the context of initial university training. Based on a theoretical corpus and self-analysis of the practices of a supervisor, this device was implemented with a dozen trainees. The concepts of psychopedagogy of well-being, positive professional identity, as well as the postures of supervisors will explore how a force-based approach to coaching trainees can help them develop their professional skills. but also to a positive identity development in order to face the multiple challenges of the profession.
