Abstract

Growth factors in the analysis, based on the characteristics of economic development that the West is to speed up the determinants of the western market process. West of the western market lags behind economic development characteristics of the constraints is mainly reflected in a high degree of nationalization of Western companies, Western resources of non-market pricing and transformation of government functions lagged three areas. Therefore, accelerating the economic development of western characteristics, we must accelerate the development of state-owned enterprises out of the western market-based pricing of resources and government functions. Based on analyzing determinant factors of economic growth, this article believes that accelerating process of marketization is determinant factors of characteristic economy development of the western regions. The lag of marketization restricting characteristic economy development of western regions lies in high nationalization of western region corporations, price of products of western resources being not made by market, and the lag of change of government function. Therefore, quickening characteristic economy development of western regions must quicken state-owned corporations to withdraw from production of western resources, carry out marketization of production price of western resources, and change government function
