Abstract

The development of modern Chinese culture, including the "external shocks", "internal transformation" and "integrated to create a" three stages. "External shock" refers to the Western culture produces a full range of traditional Chinese culture shock phase, which constitutes the modern transformation of Chinese culture and history of starting point; "internal transformation" stage refers to after external attacks, internal modernization and modernity translated into Chinese culture, its own ideals and goals; "integrated to create a" stage refers to the Chinese culture through the "creation of a comprehensive" and "create a comprehensive", both to achieve the transformation from traditional to modern, and ultra-modern than Western-style . In this process, the Chinese philosophy of "cultural ecological model" will likely provide useful contemporary human inspiration. After three stages of development, the Chinese culture is not only to complete from the "traditional" to "modern" transformation, and will become the human diversity of modern culture has a decisive influence on the dollar. China's modem cultural development experienced three stages: that of outside-collision, inner-transformation, and comprehensive-creation. By outside-collision, I mean the period when Western culture attacked traditional Chinese culture from all aspects, the stage consisted the start point for modern transformation of Chinese culture though. By inner-transformation, I mean the period Chinese culture endeavored to set modernization and modernity as her own idea after the afore said collision. By comprehensive creation, I mean the period during which Chinese culture achieved both her modem transformation and a modernity beyond its Western origin though a comprehensive creation or a creative comprehension. I wish the "cultural ecological pattern" of Chinese philosophy could provide something new to mankind. And surely, the Chinese culture experienced three stages will not only fulfill her mission in the future but also play an important role in today's multi-cultural globalization
