Abstract
The psychological and emotional problems, the problems of social adaptation and communication that occur in children who are brought up in institutions are characterized. The main problems and behavior of social work with children in residential care, and consider the components of the educational process aimed at the reintegration of children into society. Every society solves the problem of child abandonment in accordance with their traditions and opportunities. But in all cases, social orphanage in the first place - is a violation of children’s rights to family education on the part of parents, which results in an extremely negative psychological state of children of various disturbances in their development. The fate of social orphans is very difficult, problematic, often burdened as biological heredity and their inadequate education and development. According to experts in psychology, medicine and physiology, formation of human life competence contributes to its successful fulfillment, fulfillment of the most important functions of life, the physical, mental and spiritual needs. Aborted life competence of the graduates of boarding schools is a common problem of many graduates of boarding schools, as shown on all their later life. Today the main task of the society is in that the widest as possible range of public should feel and understand that the protection of children’s rights - a lengthy process, includes the more than one place, connects more than one link, but it is a necessary way because it makes it possible to establish normal family relationships and keep the family together and create normal conditions and upbringing of the child.
