Abstract

The article gives valuable information on professional «acme» of lawyer through operationalization of key categories for of professional activity’s acmeological analysis; it is a condition which means a higher level of professional development and social relevance for lawyer, because means the maximum of personal and professional potential at a particular stage of its life.. It is underlined that performance indicators, communication and the lawyer’s personality could be considered as criteria of the professional «acme». The effective and procedural performance indicators of lawyer’s professional activities have been presented. The diagnostic indicators of mature personality for lawyer have been offered in the article. It is noted that an important condition for the formation of a professional «acme» of lawyer is formation a discipline as a professional quality that occurs during training in higher education institution.
