Transformation of the problem of responsibility in the functioning of civil societies in Europe in the second half of the twentieth century

Abstract

The article touches upon social and economic problems that Crimean tatars faced with after their coming back to the Crimea. The legislature problems, inability of the country to satisfy the needs of the tatars people because of poor economical and financial situation, lack of native inhabitants desire to make concessions, stimulate the rise of protest mood among the Crimean tatars the movement of which is a catalyst for regionalism on the peninsular.
