The population subculture of ukrainian Pryazov’ye under the influence of today’s processes in Europe and Ukraine

Abstract

The population subculture of Ukrainian Pryazov’ye under the influence of the today’s processes in Europe and Ukraine are under consideration in the present article. The determination of Ukraine’s place in the globalized world is delayed, but nowadays a number of very impetuous and complicated processes occur and they cannot but affect the subculture of the population, especially in such a complex region, in Ukrainian Pryazov’ye. The history of the settlement of the region, its ethno-national composition, political, economic and social factors could not but affect the specificity of the region. As a result, the particular subcultures which corresponds not only the demographic or social origin but they have some features of belonging to the respective ethnic group or nationality. This creates a unique and specific way of culture differentiation where the main classical trend coexist with peculiar ethno-national entities. It is worth noting that the European integration and the globalization also affect the processes because the modern globalization has influenced the development of all aspects of human life. New technologies which have reflected on small and large social groups as well as on the «modernization» of subcultures conduced it. Nowadays through the new types of communication, such as television, mobile telephony and the Internet, the globalization has absolutely touched all aspects of human life, including culture and creating a globalized culture. The last one affected the ethnic culture, respectively it transformed the existing of the modern subcultures including Ukrainian Pryazov’ye.
