Abstract

The very morning of the day Zhou Yang's speech was published, Deng Liqun telephoned Qin Chuan and me and criticized us very strongly. Deng Liqun said that Comrade Qiaomu had already clearly indicated that Zhou Yang's speech was not to be published in the People's Daily.
