Abstract

The article is centered in The Way's point: Do you really want to be a saint? Carry out the little duty of each moment: do what you ought and concentrate on what you are doing (nº 815) and specially be in the things you do. Whoever truthfully is in everything and entirely in all the things he or she does will do everything right, with passion and personal style. It is difficult to devote our mind and heart entirely to the things we are dealing with. We want to be somewhere else, in a different place, sorrounded by other circumstances. This is the wishful misticism (mística ojalatera): an insidious and subtle enemy for these who seek for sanctity in everyday life
