Abstract
The purpose of the article - to form the innovative concept of personality as object and subject of innovative society, based on social and cultural changes related to information civilization. Great importance is to develop conceptual-categorical apparatus innovative personality as a sociocultural phenomenon, the basis of which involved the foundation of culture. The purpose of the research is innovative conceptualization of personality as a social and cultural phenomenon that is the object and the subject of innovation society. Methods of the research - sociocultural and synergy that can detect new innovative characteristics of personality, that creates innovative society. Innovative personality demonstrates the level of general civilized society, which indicates a higher level. Innovation personality as a sociocultural phenomenon creates innovative processes demonstrating a qualitative development of modern society in all spheres of life - economic, political, social and spiritual. Conclusion: innovative personality and the conditions of its formation is the result of the kind of society that called innovative. This type of society requires appropriate innovation infrastructure that meets the highest technological way.
