Abstract

Cette analyse du rôle nécessaire de l'imagination dans les opérations sensibles et intellectuelles de l'homme développe et justifie la thèse baudelairienne selon laquelle l'imagination est la reine des facultés. Elle est suivie de textes de Pic de la Mirandole et de Cassirer éclairant l'idée d'une infinité de l'homme par son imagination, et de leur commentaire.
