Abstract

O movimento em direção à escola inclusiva é um dos grandes desafios do cenário educacional. Como transitar da cultura da homogeneidade para a diversidade e avançar no processo de mudança dessa cultura é o tema deste artigo. A ideia de uma comunidade de aprendizes é o princípio que instala a ruptura de concepções cristalizadas de uniformidade e remete a um novo olhar inclusivo. Aborda o universo da inclusão e contempla a ressignificação das variáveis do projeto pedagógico presente no contexto da escola, da família e dos profissionais da rede de apoio. Faz um convite à reflexão e propõe aos defensores da mudança uma nova cultura, um novo jeito de ser e de fazer a escola inclusiva.The movement towards an inclusive school is one of the great challenges of the educational scenario.How to move from homogeneity culture to diversity culture and to advance in the process of change this culture is the subject of this article. The idea of a community of learners is the principle that installs the rupture of crystallized concepts of uniformity and refers to a new inclusive look. It approaches the universe of inclusion and contemplates the resignification of variables in the political pedagogic project in the context of school, family and professionals of support network.It makes an invitation to reflection and proposes to the defenders of the change, a new culture, a new way of being and doing an inclusive school.
