Public openness as a problem of Ukrainian civil society

Abstract

Attention to the problems is caused by the growth of civil society dimensions of public activity in Ukraine, which, however has a little affect on the civil society. Still it gets not enough money from citizens. The explanation for this, as stated in the article, actually is in closed nongovernmental organizations, which is the lack of open and accessible data about the structure of management, financing, regular reports on activities.
