Parties as a factor of public political structuring

Abstract

The article examines the factors functioning of political parties and public organizations that induce the structure of society based on political preferences and interests. Determined the course of separation of political executions in a single array public. The purpose of the article is to establish areas of politicization of the civil community under the inflence of modern political parties. The objective of the paper is the isolation of the specifi politicization of the public in a developed democracy and in countries of democratizing change. Presented the defiition of civil movement based on an important structural differentiation of civil society in modern Ukraine found that public political activity is a manifestation not only to express positions, but also of participation in certain activities. Proved that the structuring of civil society on political grounds, namely attitude to party ideologies and programs can lead to recruitment of new mechanisms of conscious political class citizens. Determined that the destruction monoparty system in transition caused the syndrome of «reactive public», which contributed to the rapid transformation of opposition groups to social and political movements.
