Abstract

On the basis of archival, statistical data, analytical inputs predecessors examined the role of ethnic ties with the homeland and intercultural dialogue in the process of revival and development of the cultures of ethnic minorities, and on this basis to intensify ethnic identification harmonization of interethnic relations. Scientific literature that includes the problem of cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people in part addresses the issue of foreign policy factors revival and development of ethnic minority cultures. The importance of the designated problem is caused, first of all, the need to have a clear understanding of the mechanism of the decision problem of an independent state of interethnic relations. It was found that in Ukraine there is an extensive system of means of promoting bilateral cooperation in terms of rational use of the common cultural heritage. We considered the continuity and prospects for the development of relations between Ukraine and ethnic groups ethnic homeland. Considerable attention is given to finding the causes of complications of intercultural dialogue. At first, in the historiography on the basis of specific methodological tools to analyze the relevant international factors - strategic objectives - recognition of the field of ethnic character of the Ukrainian society, the development of social and cultural environment and the spiritual development of ethnic groups. Particular attention is given to explaining participation in nalazhyvanii ties with ethnic homeland and intercultural dialogue of the state authorities of Ukraine, national - cultural societies. Stressed that Ukraine played the role of intercultural dialogue paradigm sociocultural process. A significant part of the article is devoted to clarify subjects found the activities of national - cultural societies to expand relations with ethnic distant homeland, as well as the factors that have contributed to the balance of their national - cultural interests. Also shown in the development of cultural relations with ethnic ethnic homeland of bilateral intergovernmental agreements, contracts, state ethno-cultural policy, forms of cooperation between Ukraine and various international organizations.
