Life and The Useful: the Parable of the Sow The notion of life and the notion of utile represent a sort of paradigm of modernity: the conflict that invests them can be deconstructed to show the trend lines of our time. The individual/property/contract triad undergoes a fundamental decentralization that leads to a rethinking of political categories of modernity.
