On Effect of Private International Law in Contemporary International Relations

Abstract

Private international law as an important international legal regime, anarchy in contemporary international relations is playing an increasingly important role. However, in the international academic community and private international law scholars of contemporary international relations, anarchy, anarchy effective application of foreign law, anarchic nature of international treaties, the validity of private law, anarchy, the lack of coercive power of international private law and private international law to comply with the maintenance of international order and the limitations of understanding and analysis of such issues is still not comprehensive, in-depth. These issues in depth, good for a correct understanding of the effectiveness of private international law and contemporary international relations. Private International Law as an important system of international law has been playing more and more important role in contemporary anarchic international relations. It is lack of deep inquiry and analysis in the area of ​​international politics and private international law on the problems such as anarchy of contemporary relations, effective application of foreign law under the anarchy, effect of private international treaty under the anarchy, observance of private international law of lack force under the anarchy and limitations of private international law for vindicating international order. This article tries to discuss and analyze the issues mentioned above, so as to understand effect of private international law and contemporary international relations correctly
