Abstract

Scientific concept of development is the development of the theory of Marxism of contemporary China's total area and total concept. It is based on historical materialism and its philosophical foundation. Historical materialism is about real people and their historical development of science, this "real people" or "people-oriented" in practice, it is the nature of scientific development concept and core. In historical materialism, "real people" on the blind spots, often on a misunderstand the concept of development; deviate from the scientific concept of development, will inevitably lead to the wrong practice
