Abstract

Problématiser l'écriture de Levinas et celle de la phénoménologie de la transcendance radicale conduit à mettre au premier plan l'alternative entre l'humanisme de l'autre homme lévinassien et la démarche aussi littéraire qu'inhumaine de Blanchot. Le concept de « cri perçant » — ou de cri sans personne pour crier — résout, de notre point de vue, cette alternative. Problematizing Levinas' writing and that of the phenomenology of radical transcendence leads to putting in the forefront the alternative between the humanism of the Levinassian « other man » and Blanchot's approach both literary and inhuman, as it may be. The concept of piercing shriek — or shriek without anyone to be able to voice it - seems to solve such an alternative.
