Abstract

One of the most cult sci-fi series in the world, Star Trek (1966) show to public a new and singular sociopolitical conception, very singular to their time of exhibition (the cold war), but not exactly at time show in their episodes, including the five derivatives series (2063 and forward). This new sociopolitical view, do not exclude confrontations and do not abolished laws, - in fact created a few more very interesting – nevertheless this new conception was considered as utopia. This works is an investigative way to know if this new order is a democracy, and investigate the viability of the “utopia”, using for it the canon of the series
