Abstract

Thirty years of reform and opening up the experience of success, is to find a suitable for China's development concept, from "development is the last word" to "development is the top priority" in order to establish the scientific concept of development. "Development is the last word," shows us that, in the development process, "soft token" to obey the "last word" in any case, we are upholding the Marxist view of history, the economic development as a social development basis, while taking into account the economic development of other aspects of development. One of the successful Experiences of what 30-years reform and openning policy has achieved is to find the theory of development witch is suitable for the current situation of China. That is from "Development is hard reason" to "Development is the first task" , then a scientific view of development is established. The propostion of "Development is hard reason" shows that in the development, "soft reason" must obey the "hard reanson", and we should follow Marxist view of history, and regard the economic development as the base of social development under any circumstance. Meanwhile in the economic development we should take the other aspects of development into consideration
