Abstract

China has always been the traditional "practice" as "benevolence", "practice" and "doing good" is just "same" as. Regardless, the emphasis of Western medicine are medical charity; but Western medicine has its medical ethical framework, and the practice of medicine upheld its ideological basis. Therefore, there are still real as their differences. The author has no intention for Chinese and Western medicine in doing good in comparison, but directly against the Chinese traditional medicine to do good reflection of the fundamental ideological basis. Chinese thought has always been a reflection on the concrete practice; Thus, Chinese thought is different from Western knowledge of the thinking and practice from the divide-and together, but it is a driving force as the metaphysical. This is the life into one line of thinking and learning. On the other hand, traditional Chinese medical practice, mainly due to symptoms of the patient's chief complaint, physical and mental attention to the interest rate adjustment and holistic spiritual care; Therefore, Chinese medical practice, the doctor-patient is both passive and active, both active and passive. The practice of medicine is indeed an act of generosity in the face of others, with coexistence, is already beyond the "communication" to treat each other. In such situations, differences in each patient, irreducible, and even the mysteries of the show just to demonstrate the value of diversity, rather than just knowledge in line with the object of an object should be the logical structure of a single value judgments . However, in traditional Chinese thought, the deepest impact on medical practice, apart from the Confucian idea of love of justice and benefit derived from the debate and the "filial piety" as the main concept of the family outside, is the Buddhist cycle of retribution that the causal and Busch, merit, the role of charity ideas. It is thought by Western medicine context, a major issue! This paper is a preliminary study for this. In China, medical practice is traditionally called benevolence in practice; that is to say, practicing medicine and doing goods are basically identical. Both Chinese medicine and Western medicine emphasize doing goods through medical treatment. But Western medicine has its own ethical construction in medical practice , while the practice of Chinese medicine also has its own thinking foundation; therefore, there are differences in the actual conducts between them. The author has no intention to compare Chinese medicine with Western medicine in respect of doing goods, but aims directly at the fundamental thinking foundation of doing goods by traditional Chinese medical treatment for a reflection. Chinese thinking is always a reflection on practice. Therefore, While different from the systems of Western knowledge where thinking and practicing work from separation to unity; Chinese thinking is the metaphysical dynamism to drive actual practice, which is exactly the life erudition that unites thinking and practicing. The medical practice of Chinese medicine lies principally in the patient's chief complaints. The doctors of Chinese medicine treat their patients with. great care, seeing the body and the mind as a whole. They nurse the patient's physical health and concern about their spiritual states. Therefore, the relationship between doctors and patients are both active and passive. The medical practice in Chinese medicine is about facing people unselfishly to get along with them, a relationship more significant than pure "communication." Only in such a situation, we can see the plural values ​​presented by the differentiability, irreducibility, and even mysticity of every patient, who is no longer just the judgment of unitary value of the logic structure constructed through the correspondence between knowledge and objective objects. However, in the traditional thoughts of Chinese people in general, what influenced medical practice the most deeply are the Buddhist idea of ​​retribution caused by the chain of cause and effect in metempsychosis and the effect made by the thoughts of almsgiving, beneficence, and benevolence. The mutual understanding of Confucianism and Buddhism that converged on the doctors of Chinese medicine has brought the metaphysical dynamism of the medical treatment of Chinese medicine to do goods. But how do we clarify the dynamism and let it move again in the world today? It is a significant theme under the condition, which has been greatly impacted by the thoughts of Western medicine. This paper is but a rudimentary try for this purpose
