Abstract

The main idea is to research the level and specificity of influence of the privatization on political violence laws weaken the state monopoly in the use of legitimate coercion. Outlines the theoretical imperatives of qualitative and quantitative expansion of non-state actors of political violence: their historical development, types, functions, regulatory status and presence in the political arena. We also emphasize attention on process of reassessment of the role and challenges of private military companies in transforming contemporary forms of violence. A large spread of private actors indicates the dynamic transformation of contemporary political violence and changes in the nature of its business. Therefore, international security requires developing effective mechanisms for coordination between private organizations and government agencies. Today we demonstrate rapid changes in the privatization of political violence. Quickly apply a new private members who perform an increasing range of functions in the security and political violence that had previously been the sole preserve of the state. Otherwise, the state combining with corporations, it turns to private entity of contemporary political violence, the main feature of which is the blurring of the traditional boundaries of powers between the state and business in matters of ensuring socio- political, economic, cultural and ideological security.
