Abstract

"Le thème du jardin évoque un lieu complexe qui fait appel à des savoirs multiples, incarne des enjeux symboliques profonds et invente un langage propre, suscitant des interrogations sur son processus d'émergence et sa nature. Une tentative d'élaborer une théorie de l'art des jardins tel qu'il s'est développé dans la tradition occidentale depuis les Grecs jusqu'à aujourd'hui.
