Pedagoška radionica u funkciji aktivne nastave i učenja na uspjesima

Abstract

Ovim radom željelo se provjeriti koliko pedagoška radionica, kao suradnički oblik učenja, doprinosi aktivnoj nastavi i učenju na uspjesimaIstraživanje u sklopu kojega je ostvarena pedagoška radionica “Mitovi, planeti i horoskop”, nastojalo se pomaknuti iz okvira tradicionalne nastave, koja je usmjerena na stjecanje znanja, i mjeriti učinke aktivne nastave orijentirane na djelovanje i uspjeh. Rezultati su pokazali da aktivnoj nastavi i učenju na uspjesima, između ostalog, doprinosi školska klima i ozračje , vlastiti agažman i način učenja .Pedagoška radionica promiče učenje na uspjesima aktivnom nastavom usmjerenom na razvoj, a manje na sadržaje učenja i količinu usvojenog znanja.This paper attempts to examine the extent to which pedagogic workshops as a cooperative form of learning contribute to both teaching and learning through success.The research, within the framework of which a pedagogic workshop entitled “Myths, Planets and the Horoscope” was held, attempts to both exceed the frames of traditional teaching, which is orientated towards the acquisition of knowledge, and measure the effects of active teaching orientated towards action and success. The research results show that what contributes to active teaching and learning through success is, amongst other things, the school climate and environment , one’s own engagement and one’s way of learning .Pedagogic workshops promote learning through success by active teaching orientated towards development and not so much towards the content of learning and the amount of acquired knowledge
